With a Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (University of East London, distinction) and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (LSU, magna cum laude), I support individuals to build healthy, joyful lives. I’m driven by a passion for wellbeing, a curiosity for life, and the knowledge that you can elevate your energy through daily actions. Having worn many professional hats — fitness consultant for global brands, entrepreneur, producer, international instructor, professional dancer, PUMA trainer, NBC intern, and even Walt Disney World character — my favorite of them is coach.
